Register on the Phonix platform for your market with your company details. Phonix sells only to businesses: resellers, retailers, integrators and companies.

Account review
Our team reviews applications within 24–48 business hours and grants access to B2B pricing.

Quote and purchase order
Browse the catalog with B2B pricing or ask sales for a quote. Every order is made official through a signed Purchase Order (PO).

Payment
Pay by wire transfer or credit card, or use a credit line if your company qualifies. Cash orders are payable within 72 business hours from the invoice date.

Dispatch or pick-up
Most domestic US orders ship within 1–3 business days; international orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days depending on the shipping method. You can also collect at the warehouse once your order is marked ready for pick-up.

Tracking and support
Once your order ships you receive tracking information by email and can follow it from your customer dashboard. Sales Administration answers any question at customer-support@phonix-usa.com.
